Hi, I’m Joanna, the woman behind JS Fitness here in Lincoln. Fitness can feel overwhelming with all the quick fixes and fad diets out there. That is why I keep things simple, realistic and focused on real results that last.
Life is busy with work, kids, and everything else, I get it. My plans fit around your life, so you don’t have to live in the gym or give up what you love. You just need a plan that works and someone to keep you on track.
I’ve helped women from NHS workers to busy mums feel fitter and stronger. I’ll push you when you need it, support you when it’s tough, and we’ll even have fun. Oh, and no burpees, I promise.
