Hi, I’m Joanna, the woman behind JS Fitness here in Lincoln. Fitness can feel overwhelming with all the quick fixes and fad diets out there. That is why I keep things simple, realistic and focused on real results that last.

Life is busy with work, kids, and everything else, I get it. My plans fit around your life, so you don’t have to live in the gym or give up what you love. You just need a plan that works and someone to keep you on track.

I’ve helped women from NHS workers to busy mums feel fitter and stronger. I’ll push you when you need it, support you when it’s tough, and we’ll even have fun. Oh, and no burpees, I promise.

Yes and no. I’ll make sure your diet is in a calorie deficit so you can reach your goals, but that doesn’t mean cutting out the foods you love. Technically, you could eat a pizza a day and still be in a deficit – though I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s about balance, not restriction.

That depends on the package you choose! With options ranging from 1 to 3 personal training sessions per week, you can pick a plan that works with your schedule. Plus, you’ll get a tailored home workout plan for days you’re not training with us, so you can stay on track without spending hours in the gym.

Yes! The 6 Week Programmes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to working out or already have some experience, the workouts and nutrition plans are fully customised to match your starting point and goals.

You’ll have full support every step of the way. This includes direct access to me via WhatsApp for any questions, weekly progress tracking, and a comprehensive community for extra motivation. We’ll also provide personalised feedback to ensure you stay on track and make adjustments as needed.

We understand that life happens, and we’ll work with you as much as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session and give us more than 24 hours’ notice, you’re good to go. However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours and it’s not an emergency, the session will be deducted from your package to respect our time commitment. We aim to keep you on track, and clear communication helps us do that!
